I.e. to a Cyprus tax resident that was not born to Cypriot parents or that has not been living in Cyprus for 17 years consecutively. So, if you have a Cyprus company and you book all your profits in the Cyprus company, those will be taxed with corporation tax @ 12,5% and then you can receive the profits personally via a dividend which is only subject to tax @ 2,65% (with an annual cap of €4,770).
