A few notes- I am British It’s unlikely that I can provide my parents birth certificates, I don’t actually know where mine is either. I can look into obtaining a copy but I don’t know how easy this is. Is it essential? Also my owned residence in the UK is let out to a tenant, so I either stay with friends or an Airbnb’s so do not have utilities in my name. Is that essential? Yes a call would be great. Next week I will have time? Many thanks Dear Client, Hi! I trust you are doing well. Thank you for your email, please see my comments below: 1. I am British Noted 2. It’s unlikely that I can provide my parents birth certificates, I don’t actually know where mine is either. I can look into obtaining a copy but I don’t know how easy this is. Is it essential? In fact we need those for the non-domiciled application, yes. I advise you to try to obtain them (at least yours). For your parents, if you do not manage to obtain their birth certificates you can ask for a confirmation or something that includes the main information as the birth certificate from the registry office. 3. Also my owned residence in the UK is let out to a tenant, so I either stay with friends or an Airbnb’s so do not have utilities in my name. Is that essential? For Cyprus you will need a rental agreement and utility bills under your name. For the UK noted but I am not sure that this structure will be sufficient for the authorities (it may be - to be discussed). If you don't mind asking what is the purpose of leasing a property you own and staying in Airbnb? Let's discuss this further verbally during our call. Yes a call would be great. Next week I will have time? Are you available on ********** Thank you, Kind regards, Hi CYAUSE, Thanks for your email. ********* is good for me. Happy to explain my situation on the call, I don’t think anything is a showstopper I will see what copies I can obtain of all Birthday Certificates. I should be able to get mine and my father’s. Not sure about my mother but have I her death certificate is that is useful. Many thanks A call followed between the Client and CYAUSE. Dear Client, It was a pleasure talking to you! As discussed, below you will find some important information for the next steps to be followed: 1) Information to be provided (for the time being): Passport / ID both sides Recent utility bill - we will ignore this for now (as discussed) A recent CV Attached you will find the list which includes the required documents to be provided for the non-domiciled application for your reference (so you can start gathering this information etc) More will be requested at a later stage 2) Next Steps: Once we have your passport and CV we will proceed with the onboarding process and internal procedures. Then, we will issue the relevant invoices (or some of them) so that we commence working on your stuff! As the incorporation will take place first, I attach a list with the information we will need for the relevant process (to be filled in and sent back to us). Kindly note that for the selection of the name you should consider something which is not generic or already exists. 3) Services and Costs: One-off: Cyprus Company Incorporation: EUR 650 + VAT + Disbursements (approx. EUR 600) Non-Domiciled Application: EUR 800 + VAT one-off fee Mandatory Registrations (Tax, UBO Declaration, E-filing codes): EUR 550 + VAT one-off fees Opening of personal bank account: You will follow this process. Kindly confirm in case not. (you need this for your visa application) Opening of corporate bank account: Same as above Recurring: Accounting, Audit and Tax Services: Here you will find our indicative fees. Once the Company is incorporated and active we will be able to provide you with a more accurate quotation as well as the relevant services agreement which will include all the mandatory filings and submissions. Provision of Secretary: EUR 500 + VAT per annum Provision of Registered Office: N/A You can use the property that you will rent, (1/3 of the cost, as per our discussion) Visitor's residence permit: EUR 1,800 + VAT + Disbursements for the 1st application* * In order to be employed in Cyprus you will need a certain type of visa (as discussed) which is not achievable with the present factors we discussed. Hence, you will be able to receive funds as a shareholder (dividends) and director (director fees). Dividends are taxed free, director fees are normally taxed. In addition, some important conditions to meet to apply for a visitors visa are: Not live outside Cyprus for more than 3 consecutive months Clear criminal record (original) Medical examination certificate of blood tests for hepatitis B and C, HIV, syphilis and chest X-ray for tuberculosis with a doctor's opinion stamped by a specialist doctor. (the original is needed) Rental agreement (duly stamped in Cyprus) Evidence that you have sufficient and stable resources derived from a stable or satisfactory income outside Cyprus (e.g. salary, pension, deposits in the bank account, rental income, dividends etc). Certificate of Health Insurance for medical care that covers inpatient and outpatient care and transportation of corpse (Plan A) Personal bank account with a local bank Points for your consideration: Here is the side with regards to the rental of properties in Cyprus Bazaraki.com . In case it is not sufficient for you, let me know so that I will provide some real estate agents. You need to keep track of the days spent outside Cyprus (including tickets etc) as well as the relevant conditions you meet in each country (we do not want you to be a taxed resident elsewhere).
