Connecting Beyond the Office

Our journey began with the Artemis Trail, one of Cyprus’s most scenic hiking routes, winding through lush pine forests and offering panoramic views of the Troodos range. The trail provided the perfect opportunity to step away from our screens, breathe fresh mountain air, and reconnect with nature — and each other. Along the way, colleagues shared stories, laughter, and a sense of teamwork that reminded us of the importance of collaboration in every form.

After completing the hike, we enjoyed a delicious picnic lunch - we cooked souvlaki in the forest! Discussions ranged from personal experiences to ideas for the company’s future, highlighting how shared moments outside the office can strengthen professional relationships and inspire fresh perspectives.

What stood out most was the genuine appreciation from the team for the effort CYAUSE invests in building a supportive and connected workplace culture. Everyone returned with renewed energy, a deeper sense of camaraderie, and a shared commitment to our common goals.
