VAT Registration Enquiry from Existing Client Share Written By CYAUSE LTD Tags 2024-03-03 Hello Mr. XXX, I hope you are well! Regarding the VAT registration of the company please be informed that we will have to register the company from June 2021 as you have exceeded the threshold of Euro 15,600 as per the relevant obligation. Due to the fact that the company did not proceed with the vat registration on time, you will have to pay penalties for late submissions ( less than Euro 1,000). Also because the company made sales to European countries (eg. Google - Ireland) we will have to submit every month the VIES declaration with which we state the EU sales that the company made for each month (we have included the penalties for these submissions in the above mentioned amount). As soon as the company is registered with the VAT we will be able to proceed with the accounting work (as we have to take into account the vat from the day of the registration) and from now on the company will be following all obligations regarding the Tax, VAT and VIES submissions and payments. Note for later stage: As soon as we complete the accounting work for 2021 you will have to pay the corporation tax for the year. Also until 31th of July you will have to pay an amount in advance for corporation tax of 2022 (I am mentioning this so you will keep it in mind. You do not have to do anything, we will let you know as soon as you have to proceed with the payment). Also attached you will find authorization to be signed so that we can proceed with the necessary actions. Thank you in advance,
