In a nutshell you can create a Cyprus company which will invent / create a software that users can use and this company will be taxed 2.5%. To be eligible for this reduced rate, we must apply for a tax ruling on your behalf so that the Cyprus income tax office approves your indentions and grants the company a reduced corporate rate.
