Dear Sir,

Since you will not be living in Cyprus you need these services for management and control purposes and substance. All Cyprus Companies must have local directors etc so that the Cyprus Company will be considered subject to Cyprus Tax. It was optional to you since you were planning on relocating to Cyprus. Until you do this, you should proceed with local directors (i.e Nominee Services).

Please authorise us to proceed accordingly with the assignment of local directors etc.

Hello Kyriakos, I have no issues using this service. Please let me know the benefits and associated costs for the package. I mean director nominee, registered office and secretarial services. 

Now, would use of director nominee service provide the business with an operating address different to the registered office? What will the nominee director name be and what will they do?

It will be an affiliated, regulated, fiduciary company acting as your director and will be performing ad hoc services - signing of documents, if needed.

Nothing else - again this is standardised practise.
